Ministries
Building Our Community
Just as many hands built the historic missions, our parish is sustained by the service of its people. Ministry is our grateful response to God's grace, a way to use our unique talents to build up the Body of Christ in Elmendorf and Saspamco. We encourage you to explore the opportunities below and find the place where your gifts can flourish.
Liturgical
Ministries
Serve at the heart of our worship. Assist in the celebration of the Mass as a lector, altar server, usher, or Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion, bringing reverence to our sacred liturgies.
Faith
Formation
Help pass on our sacred heritage. Share the light of Christ with the next generation as a catechist, youth minister, or by accompanying adults entering the Church through RCIA.
Outreach
Ministries
Walk in the footsteps of St. Anthony. Be the hands and feet of Christ in our local area, serving the poor, comforting the afflicted, and caring for the vulnerable.
Parish
Hospitality
Strengthen the bonds of our spiritual family. Foster a spirit of welcome by greeting newcomers, assisting with parish celebrations, or joining groups like the Knights of Columbus or the Women's Guild.
"For as in one body we have many members, and the members do not all have the same function, so we, though many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another." – Romans 12:4-5

Amid the rush of our lives, faith is a call to be still and see the eternal. It is the quiet awareness of God's constant, loving presence holding all things. We are reminded that beneath the surface of our busy world, there is an unshakable foundation of grace—our true source of peace and strength.
